Currently partnering with a global Pharmaceutical business going through an exciting time of transformation within their Global Commercial division.

The role of EU Commercial Excellence Manager will take full responsibility to identify, lead, develop, implement and embed the go to market strategy across a broad portfolio range. This is a highly visible and strategic position, that will develop the commercial strategy for my client across their European business. Working with senior stakeholders across the region, you will use your previous experience of implementing innovative and creative commercial strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the business.

Working with the field based and account management teams, you are responsible for the roll out and training of future capabilities across the region. Providing the tools and insight required to reach out to the market and increase productivity and market share, identifying new business opportunities through creative approach and uncovering new commercial channels.

Degree calibre individual
Pharmaceutical/Life Science background preferred
A proven track record of working across commercial positions in the Pharma industry, specifically high-level account management
Able to demonstrate a high level of strategic project management knowledge, from conception to on time completion.
