Job Title: Part Time Accounts Assistant/Finance Clerk Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 (pro rata) Location: Rotherham OVERVIEW: An exciting varied part time Accounts Assistant role, working 20 hours across 3-4 days for a successful manufacturing company in Rotherham. You will be reporting into the Financial Controller. THE ROLE -Credit Control via telephone, email and letter -Purchase Ledger -Sales Ledger -Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve queries -Update Cash flow -Assisting the Financial Controller with ADHOC financial duties THE CANDIDATE -Must have experience of Credit Control, Sales and Purchase Ledger -Must have experience of SAGE 50 accounts software -Strong communication skills both over the phone and written -Positive Can do approach to work -Flexible across month and year end periods THE BENEFITS: Offering 26 days holiday (pro rata across part time hours) If you would like to apply for this role please forward your CV preferably in Microsoft Word format to us including your full postal address and contact telephone numbers.
