Our client requires a Merchandising Consultant to join their marketing team to administer and deliver comprehensive customer incentive plans for the UK and Ireland. The right candidate will work with Marketing and Channel Teams through the life cycle of their customer incentive plans; consulting on plan optimisation, system set up, providing ongoing performance insight, all the way through to payment and plan close-out. This role requires working with pace but also delivering 100% accuracy. Key Job Responsibilities To establish contacts and work closely with the Marketing Groups and Channel Teams to ensure that customer incentive plans are accurately input into the system. To provide Finance, Marketing and Channel Teams with timely, accurate and accessible information. With training, act as a subject matter expert, with regard to optimisation of customer incentive plans. Working with and becoming a competent user of the appropriate customer incentive plan systems. Responding to service desk requests within set service level agreements. Skills, Experience and Key Capabilities Good level of numeric and literacy skills and comprehension. Ability to work to a deadline and work well under time pressure utilising strong prioritisation skills. Experience of Customer Incentive Plans. High level of PC skills, especially Excel spreadsheets. Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and on your own initiative. Problem-solving ability to work with diverse functional teams to evaluate and address key issues. Good team membership skills would be required. Qualifications A Bachelor level university degree. In addition, a minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience is required.
