The company are seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team that operates in over 150 countries worldwide. As the 2nd Line Application Support Engineer you will be supporting end users and managing support tickets. The software applications are cloud based and would also suit someone with experience of supporting switches, routers and firewalls. The environment encourages a first contact resolution and so the role requires those with an inquisitive mind who love solving problems. The ideal 2nd Line Support Engineer will have: 5+ years of SaaS / Large-scale web application management experience Managing Data Center based hardware Highly developed computer networking skills covering switching, routing and firewalls Excellent organizational & communication skills VMWare Windows Server AWS - desirable Cisco Certified - desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an engaging personality are also a must for this role.
