We're now looking for a Senior Auditor to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for: To lead, plan and undertake internal audit assignments. Produce reports of findings, recommendations and provide positive assurance. Apply internal control concepts in a wide variety of settings, and appropriately assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing control practices. Use company statistics and dashboards to assess the focus of the audit routine within the company and recommend courses of action along with audit findings. Monitor the implementation of agreed management actions to address audit findings and allow for the closure of actions. Build and manage key stakeholder relationships establishing a good working rapport and effective buy in of the audit routine. Proactively keep up to date with any regulatory and mandated guideline changes. Conduct ad hoc reviews and investigations as requested from time to time by the Head of Audit. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a recognised professional qualification such as: CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) ACCA (Certified Chartered Accountant) CIPFA (Public Finance Accountant) IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor You'll need to evidence the following skills and experience: Internal Audit or relevant financial services experience Report writing skills Written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
