Shaping our future with brilliant apprentices. That’s when it hits home.

At Home Group, we’re building for the future. We’re building homes, independence and aspirations supported by our brilliant apprentices who are our next leaders, achievers and future industry thinkers.

Knowledge is the stuff we need to know! It’s our documented Policies, Procedures and Guidance, buts is also about how these work in practice! That’s where you come in as we need a brilliant Digital apprentice to join our Knowledge team whose responsibility it is to organise all of this information. You’ll be helping to implement Home Groups Knowledge Management Strategy, utilising new and emerging technologies to provide knowledge to our customers, colleagues and contractors through a range of digital channels, mediums and collaborative opportunities.

Not only will you be earning whilst you learn, you’ll build up valuable on the job experience, skills for life and gain an advanced apprenticeship qualification at Level 3 (which is A level equivalent). You’ll also get paid time away from your day job to study as well as bucket loads of guidance and support. If you work hard, you’ll be well on your way to progressing towards roles such as a Knowledge Architect or Digital Content Editor. Who knows where you could end up, over 80% of our apprentices continue their careers with us.

You’ll be working alongside Jo, our Lead Knowledge Manager who loves spending time with her kids. An avid Northburn Wanderers supporter, Jo tends to spend her weekend on the side-line cheering her son and his friends on in their under 10’s football tournaments, or taking her daughter to her latest dancing exam. Then she likes nothing more than curling up on the sofa to watch a good film (with wine and chocolate of course!)
