Who are we?

Founded in 2013 with the aim to provide software solutions to the removals industry, we have connected over 40,000 customers with 100’s of our trusted removal partners, turning what used to take days into just minutes.

We initially developed which is Europe’s leading price comparison for all moving related services. In March 2017 we launched gobuzzsurvey which provides removal professionals with an efficient method of carrying out remote surveys through live video chat.

It’s a really exciting time to be joining our team in our buzzing Soho office. We’re building the business fast so it’s a great place to learn quickly alongside a fun, energetic team.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand who is passionate about brand strategy - You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will have experience in rebranding, generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.


Analysing how our brand is positioned, the customer value chain across products and how to best align our family brandsTaking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategiesLead creative development and create a motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters and sales estimated from any brand activityMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issuesOversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategyMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsBrainstorm new and innovative growth strategiesOwe the content marketing strategy across our three products. (B2C & B2B)Align the company with the brand’s direction, choices, and tacticsDevise creative public relations strategies that fit company profileDevelop effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tacticsOrganize and coordinate PR activitiesBe the family brand custodian and spokesmanDevelop and own the social media strategy for all our productsRequirements

Min 3 years’ experience as a brand manager or equivalent Confident and experienced in building PR relationsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixFluent in Social media marketing Ability to create and execute content marketing plansHighly creative with the ability to think out of the boxExperience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivateProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesComfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheetsExcellent command of the English languageBig plus if from an insuretech backgroundSalary

Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience and skill set.
