Basic Salary: £20,000

Salary: £30,000 OTE + Car or Car Allowance

Location: Emsworth

Work Pattern: 5 day week to include Saturdays

Our Client is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and productive property professional to join their very successful team in Emsworth.

This is a lovely village office in a charming coastal location.

Duties will include:

“Helping” our Client's customers make their dream moveWinning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market (so you must be able to drive)Working towards set targetsDeputising for Branch Manager as necessary, running morning meetings and coaching sessionsGenerating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuationsMaintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring you "out-passion” competition and that clients receive the best possible service.We need you to be:
