This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established firm of solicitors in Newark. My client is looking to recruitment a Part time Legal Secretary for their Family Law department.
It is essential you have proven experience within a Legal Secretary role and the following:
- Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel (role specific)
- Production of legal forms e.g. Oyez, Lexis Nexis
- Production of correspondence
- Preparation of documents and legal forms
- File management in accordance with team procedures and benchmark
- Dealing directly with routine client enquiries and handling straightforward client matters and correspondence
- Reception cover as and when needed
Hours are to be agreed, but ideally 25 per week, over 5 days (flex).
