Service Desk Analyst
Seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a globally renowned retail outlet, based in Oxfordshire.

You will join a leading retail organisation who seek to appoint a Service Desk Analyst with previous experience of supporting a diverse user base and providing high standard infrastructure and network support.
Your new role
You will be part of an experienced Service Desk team providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to users in nine sites across Europe. You will handle all telephone calls, emails, self-service and personal visits to service desk as well as undertaking initial diagnosis, categorisation and prioritisation of all incidents and service requests. As a key member of the specialist team you'll enjoy delivering quality customer service, solving problems efficiently and presenting yourself as a dedicated technical professional.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in a Service Desk supporting key infrastructure systems including MS Office 2010 applications, MS Windows XP/7, Microsoft Window Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory and VoIPTelephony (Cisco). Additionally, you will have proven troubleshooting within a network environment. Experience of providing excellent customer services and a flexible approach to work is essential.
What you'll get in return
