Role- Quality Manager Salary- £35,000- £45,000 per annum (please advise what you would be looking for) Type- Permanent Location- Buckinghamshire My engineering client designs and manufactures a range of products and they are looking to take on an experienced Quality Manager, on a permanent basis, in the Buckinghamshire area. The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes: Degree / HNC/ HND qualification or similar in Engineering / Mechanical / Manufacturing or working towards a professional Quality qualification 5 or more years' experience of working within quality and manufacturing engineering environments (SME) Previous hands on quality management experience is required Good understanding of ISO 9001 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong character to help implement change in the department Have the ability to work as part of a team The Quality Manager role will involve: Managing and developing the quality systems Co-ordinating all activities related to manufacturing and purchasing quality Being involved in continuous improvement Reviewing product quality requirements for different clients and also projects Ensuring quality standards are met against contract specifications Working closely with other department managers Being involved in creating efficient operations and communicating this to all staff members Ensuring that set QA objectives are set and kept to If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
