» What would you be doing as a Teaching Assistant each day?
As a Teaching Assistant you would be supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, ensuring student behaviour is managed as well as leading small booster sessions and revision sessions. At secondary, this may be in the lead up to GCSE or A-Level. With SEN you may be working with specific support needs to ensure students get the best possible education

At EduStaff we are looking for Teaching Assistants holding a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree to which phase they wish to work in. Psychology, Core Subjects and Humanities are often sought after by schools and creative arts subjects can be highly beneficial for primary also! Schools in London are looking for academically strong individuals with great A-Levels and GCSE's as well as having prior experience working with children.
