Experienced Commercial Law Paralegal / Contract Manager / Contract Advisor

Our client's Corporate & Commercial Department is listed in the Legal 500 for the Thames Valley and is at the heart of the firm's ambitious growth plans. Our client are looking to expand their Corporate & Commercial Department by appointing an experienced commercial law paralegal / contract manager / contract advisor to assist the team. The team is a mixed corporate and commercial team and, whilst the role will predominantly be commercial law focused, candidates should be willing to be work in both areas. It is envisaged that the role will assist the commercial team in a wide range of matters, with a particular emphasis on contract reviews, preparing contract reports, drafting bespoke contracts and performing due diligence on a wide variety of commercial law documents.
The role will involve the successful candidate assuming a high degree of responsibility from the outset. The successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running, so must have significant demonstrable experience as a commercial law paralegal / contract manager / contract advisor working on a wide range of commercial law matters. Based in our client's Camberley office with occasional travel to their Wokingham office, this is an excellent chance for a dedicated individual to develop their career within a flexible environment and join an expanding and successful firm that is supportive and encouraging.
