Looking to hire a talented Digital Marketing professional to cover Display, Paid Social and Paid Search, to be based either in our Central London or Nottingham offices.

You will have control over budget and campaigns, analysis and tracking, and will be expected to lead the way in interpreting and understanding how to measure their impact.


Build remarketing segments in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and in Facebook in order to target users based on their recency, the pages they visit, their engagement levelsImplement tracking for campaigns, including post click and post impressionUse reporting and analytics within the DSP, Adserver, Facebook and Google Analytics to understand campaign performance.Research appropriate keywords for a successful PPC campaignOrganise keywords into themed Ad Groups and CampaignsWrite creative copy to fit with the theme of each Ad GroupUnderstand how to measure the impact of campaigns, including using and administering web analytics dashboards, and be able to point out key areas of importance to achieve goalsUse Search Query reports to identify new ideas, keywords, and negativesOngoing optimisation of campaigns based on analysis of audience interest, frequency and behaviour and keywords.Keep pace with innovation in Display, Paid Social & Paid Search advertising industry trends and developmentsKey requirements:

Google AdWords Search, Display and Video Advertising QualifiedGoogle Analytics Qualified (GAIQ) is beneficialStrong understanding and experience of the Display ecosystem and how DSPs, Adservers, Attribution and Paid Social platforms work together.A high level of proficiency in MS ExcelExperience of Attribution with regard to Display advertising, and how to value the impact of Display advertisingThe ability to identify trends and patterns within complex numerical data and present them in a clear wayExcellent analytical, organisational and time management skillsDrive and the ability work on own initiative, without direct supervision
