1st Line Support

Your new company
You will be joining a successful company based in Solihull.

Your new role
Provide first line support for internal users on a range of systems, including retail systems. You will investigate and troubleshoot reported system faults and maintain a log of issues/bugs/change requests and any progress in resolving these. You will also get the chance to provide administrative support on project work.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience providing IT software support, ideally you will have experience with retail management solutions. You will be confident in using Microsoft Office applications including Advanced Excel (with experience of setting up and using pivot tables and V look ups).

What you'll get in return
This role will also involve providing training and first line support on newly implemented systems.
