We’re looking for a smart, ambitious Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our internal marketing team, promoting the agency to the global B2B market.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1-3 years’ marketing experience, looking for a second or third job that will give them broad experience at the cutting-edge of B2B marketing.

The role

The marketing team have responsibility for TMP’s brand, owned channels, campaigns, events, new business pipeline, and sales enablement. It’s a varied workload, and you’ll be involved in lots of different areas. In particular, there are two main responsibilities. The first is managing and executing new marketing campaigns, and then second is supporting the marketing for our international offices in Munich and Seattle.

This includes:

•Working with stakeholders in the US and Germany to agree priorities, manage international campaigns, and ensure sales have the marketing support they need.

•Project management of UK marketing campaigns, such as account-based marketing, direct marketing and targeted emails.

•Campaign tracking and reporting for sales campaign activity.

•Research into target companies, e.g. organisational structure, business challenges and initiatives, contact list development through LinkedIn.

•There will be other projects and responsibilities from time to time depending team workload and individual interests. These might include managing the creation of blog articles, sponsored social media updates, website development or events management support among others.


Must-have requirements

•Enjoys turning strategy into action – an excellent organiser and project manager

•Marketing campaign experience that includes working with diverse stakeholders

•Graduate or graduate calibre

Nice-to-have requirements

•B2B marketing experience

•At least two years in a role involving significant process management and organising

•Experience supporting sales or inside-sales people

•Experience of Salesforce or similar CRM software
