Cloud UC Engineer £30-£45K

Cordant People are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who are fast becoming a market leader in their current sector. They are looking for a UC Cloud Engineer to join their team. This is an fantastic opportunity to join a company in their grassroots and really grow with them.

You will be primarily based from their head office in Edinburgh although you will regularly attend client meetings. There are opportunities to travel to our clients partners throughout UK/Europe.

This role will suit someone with a strong network infrastructure / data centre tech or a strong Cisco UC / collaboration tech

Essential Duties :

Previous experience building or designing of cloud SIP and/or UC services.

Contribution towards Fabrix UC development roadmap and service enhancement.

Fabrix UC Core Products and Application Engineering and Development.

Experience in IP Networking and SIP

Knowledge of the principles of Network and Cloud Security.

Essential Education / Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Networking (or other related engineering discipline), or

equivalent work experience.

• Previous experience building or designing of cloud SIP and/or UC services.
• Past experience with Cisco UC (CUCM and or CUBE) or past experience with Metaswitch

Perimeter.

• Experience in IP Networking and SIP
• Knowledge of the principles of Network and Cloud Security.
• Experience working within a VMware ESXI and vCenter environment.
