Your new role
This is a permanent Legal PA/Secretary vacancy, providing support and assistance to fee earners within their central Cambridge offices, where you will be doing secretarial and admin duties for the team as required.
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday; working hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an hour lunch break. You will perform the full range of Legal Secretarial duties which include, but are not limited to copy and audio typing, preparing reports, billing and completions preparation, diary management, client contact and file management.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be trained in secretarial practice, with a strong level of word processing and audio-typing skills. You should have a good attitude to work and an enthusiasm to do a good job. Legal experience would be advantageous, plus previous experience as a Legal Secretary or experience of working in a professional office, including experience of electronic working would most likely help with a successful performance within the role.
The position would suit someone who is personable, flexible, confident and accurate with an eye for detail who is used to dealing with a busy and varied workload and has the ability to remain calm under pressure.

What you'll get in return
