Legal Secretary – Conveyancing

A prominent firm with their Head Office located in Fareham are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing department as a direct result of continuous and overflow of high value case load.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of Conveyancing either Residential or Commercial as an appropriate level of training will be provided. You will be given the responsibility of dealing with clients, filing and handling confidential documents, drafting letters, audio typing and using the firms systems to carry out searches. All works are to be ensured they are completed accurately and within tight deadlines, whilst overall ensuring compliances with firm’s high quality procedures.

The firm offers a high quality of work with high profile cases, and therefore requires an experienced Legal Secretary with extensive knowledge with how a successful, market leading law firm is operated.
