HR Manager - London - Engineering Sector £45,000
Our client, a well-known Facilities Management provider, is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join manage their HR Team.
The HR Manager is responsible for the daily HR support, advice and guidance across the business. Ideally someone that has worked previously within the Engineering Sector.
Supporting the Managers UK Nationwide with a range of HR issues and queries.·Updating HR Handbooks and HR Policies ·Conduct and lead HR Investigations and Disciplinaries ·Oversee all the recruitment process ·Manage and oversee the payroll and other employee benefits ·Involved with the HR life cycle – recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance management ·Ability to coach and develop managers·Be strategic in improving HR support service, processes and practices·Attend meetings with managers to discuss staff issues, improvements and progress·Manage the HR team, provide training and support Must have TUPE experience
Experience·At least 5 years experience as an HR Manager within the Engineering Sector·Ability to communicate at all levels – English both written and spoken·Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)·Knowledge and understanding of UK Employment Law
