A manufacturing company based in Alfreton are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a Temporary and Permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for:

•Submit reports on invoices and purchase orders that are still outstanding

•Process purchase ledger documents

•Resolving queries in a timely manner

•Managing purchase ledger accounts, including statement reconciliations

•Submission of monthly accruals to ensure costs are captured in the correct month

•Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with terms and queries are resolved promptly

Applicants will need to have at least 2 years’ experience of working in Purchase ledger and be confident with dealing with queries and matching and coding invoices. In return they are offering a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience, free parking, a friendly working atmosphere and working hours of 8.30 - 5:00, Mon - Fri.
