Choice Support and mcch are leading social care charities that have recently merged. They provide support to disabled and disadvantaged people with a wide range of needs throughout the country.

This new role within the organisation will be key in delivering the financial objectives of The Group. Working closely with the Group Director of Finance and ICT, you will take a lead role in developing systems for financial and business planning for The Group and its subsidiaries including producing reports and projections to inform business decisions.

You will be professionally qualified (eg ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with a background in statistical analysis. You should also have at least 2 years' experience in management and business financial planning including:

  • Business development, project appraisal, financial analysis and modelling
  • Advanced level spreadsheet design including macros
  • Managing and motivating a team
  • A good level of experience using major accounting software packages

Some background in the charity or housing sector would be a distinct advantage.
