Wise Employment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk based within Truro.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Coding and inputting invoices
  • Producing BACS reports/cheques
  • Preparing and inputting data i.e credit card transactions using Sage
  • Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Compiling payroll reports
  • Entering standng orders and direct debts from bank statements
  • Completing banking duties
  • General administration tasks when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience
