Senior Payroll Administrator
A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited ASAP for a large and growing business. As Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the entire UK payroll which is split across multiple different payrolls.
You will ensure that all PAYE, NI, holiday pay, sickness pay and maternity leave is deducted accurately. You will lead on all year end - including P11Ds, P45s, P60s, complete all statutory reporting to HMRC. Assist with all benefit schemes, including pension, healthcare, life assurance.
Deal with associated queries and ensure that all are resolved quickly and efficiently.
You will also manage a small team - identifying areas of development, training needs and recruiting new members.
