Our client have embarked on a dynamic transformation of their Technology capabilities. As a Automated Tester within this team you be part of this change, driving quality through their processes and software deliveries. You will have solid experience of both manual and automated testing frameworks and tooling, with a passion and enthusiasm that will aid the transformation into a more automated testing environment.
They are on a journey to improve the technical test aspects of their End to End test cycle incorporating DevOps, continuous Integration and continuous delivery and deployment techniques. This position will assist that growing and evolving journey, in the short term, understanding and executing the current Manual test activities and assisting the strategic evolution of the overall QA & Test function within our client.
You will provide technical test expertise and support to client implementations and day-to-day operations of systems for internal and external clients in an efficient and professional manner.
Successful candidates will demonstrate
- Solid experience of manual testing
- Solid experience of automated testing
- Broad knowledge of industry standard tools such as Smartbear, Selenium, Soap, Test Complete and technologies relating to manual, automation and performance testing
- Must demonstrate knowledge of automation frameworks that validate functionality at different levels of the technology stack
- Experience of working within an agile environment
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about testing
