ORGANISATION PROFILELucion Services brings together a group of multidisciplinary risk management companies to help clients achieve full compliance with occupational and environmental safety regulations. Across the group, our skilled and qualified staff deliver a range of hazard identification, assessment and remediation activities to ensure the prevention of harm to people, property and the environment.

Our core services are asbestos inspection and testing, CDM governance and hazardous materials management. We operate nationally from 12 UK offices and on occasions conduct work overseas. Our QHSE Assurance function is based on a centralised management model that is supported by localised auditing and coordination.

ROLE PURPOSEThe Assurance Systems Manager will have day to day responsibility for ensuring the proficient use of the NexGen platform is being put in to practice and that adequate documentation is being recorded throughout each stage of the business process. Reactive duties will be focused on efficient and effective complaint handling and non-conformances (inc. objective root cause analysis). Proactive duties will be focused on system audits, maintenance of accreditation, certifications and proficiency testing (PT) schemes.

You will be a central part of the Assurance Team, which along with Commercial, Operations and Finance, is 1 of the 4 cornerstones on which the organisation functions. The Assurance Team have an overall objective of:
