Your new role
With the option of joining either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office, you will manage client relationships, deliver solutions to stand alone projects, and oversee the compliance process for key clients. As an invaluable member of the Scottish Tax Team you will develop your network and facilitate business growth through business development and identifying opportunities in respect to existing clients. Further to regular client interaction, you will lead by example, serving as a model and mentor for junior members of the team, but championing best practice. Hence, you will provide coaching and skills training.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA or CTA qualified with ideally 3 years post qualification experience in a Private Client / Personal Tax position, inclusive of advisory and business development responsibilities and successes. Being part of a team and firm with challenging and exciting growth plans you will be equally motivated and ambitious. Further to this you will demonstrate genuine passion for clients, the wish to be distinctive, adaptability and critical reasoning. For an individual not exactly meeting this criteria, there is an opportunity to join as an Assistant Manager with the view to being promoted promptly following proof of technical abilities and client engagement.
