• Maintaining Arcadia’s Cisco Wireless Network estate
• Managing Cisco WLAN controllers, PRIME Infrastructure and ISE servers
• Managing the relationship with Cisco representatives
• Monitoring the WAN, LAN and Wireless network with appropriate tools and applications
• Fault management and rectification across the infrastructure to agreed SLA /KPIs
• Administration tasks across the infrastructure as required and dictated by best practice
• Managing Internal and Guest WiFi infrastructure including configuration
• Provide out of hours support for the network environment

• Day to day monitoring and configuration of Cisco WLAN estate
• Management and validation of Cisco ISE and Client configuration
• Management and Monitoring of Cisco Prime Infrastructure
• Research and assess new threats and security alerts, and recommend remedial actions to ensure network security design is resilient enough to deal with the latest threats and attacks scenarios
• Periodic security assessment of the group Wireless Infrastructure
• Day to day monitoring of the Arcadia networks using Solarwinds, Ipanema and Dynatrace
• Assist with the networking aspects of various projects as the need arises
• Provide technical investigation into network related issues, including the use of network analyzers and other diagnostic tools
• Configuration of Network switches and routers including VLAN management and routing
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of current practice in own area of expertise
• Maintain documentation including change management documentation for all hardware and software modifications
