Principal role within a new global initiative

Workday Integration Specialist
Berkshire Circa £60,000 - £85,000+

Joining a global financial advisory embarking on a major programme launch

Who We Are:
As a globally renown organisation, we have been providing an integrated and seamless portfolio of advisory and financial services for organisations and institutions for nearly a century.

Your New Role:
As part of a global initiative, we are launching a programme that will provide a centralised suite of services, taking our clients Workday data and integrating this into our Payroll solutions. We will be gathering worldwide Workday certification for our services and to instigate and to steer us on this, we now wish to appoint a senior Integration specialist with practical, in depth knowledge of Workday integrations.

Your knowledge and practical hands-on experience will kick-start our services and having previously and successfully worked in attaining Workday certification, you will be an integral part to us achieving similar certification.

What You'll Need To Succeed:
You will hold Workday certification yourself, and have technical skills within XML - reading, writing and manipulating data within it. Knowledge of the underlying data within Workday will allow you to identify ETL capabilities, and equally importantly, where limitations are mitigated. Your focus within Workday will have historically centred around Payroll integrations and you can demonstrate practical experience in having supported previous Workday integration projects.

You will demonstrate a pragmatic approach that is underpinned with an ability to forge trusting relationships with stakeholders and clients alike. As a pivotal role for our programme, we will provide every support and recognition of your efforts, with a salary and benefits package to match.

What You'll Get In Return:
In return, you will join a global programme at the very beginning - an environment where your input and advice will have strategic impact way beyond the usual day-to-day. We provide a friendly and supportive working environment that is rapidly setting the standards and an ethos of inclusiveness and partnership that will allow you an unparalleled breadth of work within your career with us.
