Client Details

Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk with end to end Accounts Payable experience on behalf of a large Facilities Services business in Castleford.

Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for, however not limited to; process purchase invoices, assist with payment runs, deal with supplier and invoice queries, statement reconciliations, bank reconciliations, raising Purchase Orders, setting up new suppliers with correct details and terms, maintaining the Purchase Ledger system, accurately processing invoices & credit notes and assisting with month end as requested by Management.

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • Experience within a Purchase Ledger role
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • The ability to manage own workload on own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Offer

Salary is ranging £18,000 - £22,000 depending on your level experience + autoenrolement pension + free onsite parking.
