Kindertons Accident Management are recruiting for Our New Claims Team. Our Claims Handlers epitomise our business, showing empathy, compassion and a high level of customer service.

Taking the first call from an individual who has been involved in an accident they will look to obtain all critical information in order to assist the client as best we can, before the decision as to whether we can support the client by supplying a hire vehicle from our fleet and where applicable arrange for their damaged vehicle to be repaired.

The ability to work on their own initiative whilst being an integral part of a team is essential.

Our offices are fast paced, target driven places to work therefore you need to be able to reprioritise quickly, manage your own caseload and be adaptable.

Confidence is also a must have, along with a great telephone manner.
