Company Compliance Officer

Your new role
This will be a fast paced and varied role working within a property management company. You will need to be a bright individual who can undertake tasks with minimal supervision and who enjoys working in a team environment.

Working as a Company Compliance Officer your role will comprise of two key elements, Admin Support and Compliance.

As part of the admin role you will be expected to organise meetings, take and circulate minutes form meetings, Diary management and answer telephone queries. When working on the compliance part of the role you will be reviewing Company's House records and ensuring that clients propertys are fully compliant at all times. If your clients have any questions it will be your responsibility to refer to specific articles to source the correct answers and relay this information back to them. You will need to be a strong communicator , analytically minded and have the ability to work on a number of accounts at anyone time.

Team fit is important in this role and having a positive attitude and a strong worth ethic is essential. If you have an interest in Law it would be advantageous for this particular role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2 years admin experience with an interest in Law
