Purchase Ledger Clerk
A company based close to Castle Donington are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk are:
•Experience of the purchase ledger process
•Process multi-currency invoices
•Ensure the timely payment of suppliers taking into consideration payment terms
•Prepare payments using banking software
•Dealing with statement reconciliation
•Resolve invoice, credit and supplier queries in a timely manner
•Confidently communicate with Managers to ensure the timely approval and payment of invoices
The ideal person will have previous experience in Purchase Ledger. In return the company are offering a salary up to £20,000 depending on experience, free parking, 20 days holiday a year. Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch but can be flexible.
