Tradefloor IT Support Engineer
My dynamic Financial Client is urgently recruiting for a Tradefloor IT Support Engineer to provide 1st - 3rd Line IT Desktop Support to Traders and the Finance teams across the Tradefloor.
The focus of the role is to ensure timely resolution within an SLA of all technology issues by managing through to resolution all issues, being the main point of contact for the Tradefloor.
The role will include working on an "On Call" Support rota and provide some out of hours point of escalation for Front Office IT issues.
I am looking for the right Candidate to have Information Technology experience working in a similar environment, ideally Tradefloor or Financial organisations.
Exposure to Financial Applications sets including; Bloomberg, Factset, Reuters, Reuters Dealing and Excel pricing tools.
MS Windows 7 & 10, O365
Broker Trading Applications - Web based, packaged and some in-house developed.
SCCM, Remote Assistance tools, Citrix Support and Mobile device support including wireless connectivity would be a distinct advantage.
