Excellent career opportunity for a Marketing Administrator with 12-18 months' experience in professional services to join our client, an accountancy firm in London.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Events Manager as well as the Marketing Database Administrator in a team of 8, you will be assisting with all administration for marketing and events including distributing materials, preparing name badges and place cards, logging invitation responses, responding to queries relating to marketing and events, processing invoices, proof-reading, referring new business enquiries to the right person, monitoring press coverage on a daily basis, assisting with printing materials for marketing and events, plus generally being responsible for all marketing and events related administration.

You will require good A' level grades, a keen interest in marketing and events, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organisational/administration skills plus confident using Word, Excel and web based applications. The hours are 9.15am-5.15pm plus occasional overtime (possibly once per week) which is paid or you can choose to take time off in lieu.

The role is initially a Fixed Term Contract until end January 2019 although it is envisaged that it may develop into a permanent position. Salary is £23000. We are only able to consider applicants who meet all of the above requirements.
