This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant with excellent analytical skills and strong commercial awareness to take responsibility for the monthly management accounts and business unit budgets.

As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll partner with Senior Managers and Directors to ensure accurate and timely production of Business Unit management accounts, sales reporting, budgets and forecasting.

You’ll get involved in financial modelling for key projects and be a trusted member of the Business Unit teams - being heavily involved in making critical commercial decisions based upon your detailed and strong financial analysis.


Required ExperienceIn order to perform well in the role, we’d expect you to have:

• A formal accounting qualification (ideally, CIMA, ACMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Some relevant financial or accountancy experience within a commercial business
• Outstanding analytical skills with strong experience in analysing and interpreting financial data – preferably in retail sales and trading
• Strong commercial acumen
• A good knowledge of financial systems
• Good relationship building and influencing skills
