Solution Analyst / Application Support Analyst /Technical Support - Leading Enterprise Software Vendor- Northampton

Our client is a market leading enterprise software vendor based in Northampton

-Aiming to achieve avenue of $1.5 Billion in 5 years’ time

Our client is looking for an application support/technical support/solution analyst to join their client services team based in Northampton and provide technical and non-technical software support for their tier 1 &2 enterprise clients, on-site client visiting, product training and documentation:

-Providing technical and non-technical support for existing clients, including incoming calls and email inquiries, identifying issues and providing accurate solutions to clients' requests and inquires;
-Providing software demos and training online or sometimes in person;
-Knowledge management and creating support documentation;
-Working closely with development, QA and R&D team

Requirements:Solution Analyst / Application Support Analyst / Technical Support Engineer:

-At least 2 years' experience in similar application support or solution support or solution analyst or technical support engineer or level 2/2nd line support, IT support, Desktop Support Analyst;

-Excellent communication skills and client facing skills;

Please note that this position is an application support role and you will support their bespoke enterprise CRM and ERP software and work directly with all their existing clients across banking and manufacturing industries. They are looking for someone who either has experience in supporting enterprise software/application (no essential requirement on scripting/coding language, they use .NET, C#, VB plus some front end and will provide training) or someone comes from desktop support/IT support background with experience in Microsoft, server, network, infrastructure, database such as SQL as these skills are also very important for this role.

Our client is offering £24k to £31k base salary depending on your experience plus annual 8% bonus and general benefits. They will provide product training and great career opportunity to solution and implementation consultant in the future.
