JOB ROLE: Purchase Ledger Clerk
JOB TYPE: Temporary/ Full Time
DURATION: 2 months (to be reviewed)
COMPANY: Fashion
HOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pm
SALARY: £11-£15 per hour
LOCATION: West End
CULTURE: Friendly, relaxed environment
BENEFITS: Pension, 30 days holidays
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Code and check invoices
- Work out VAT payments
- Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- File invoices and statements
- Deal with purchase enquiries
- Process staff expenses
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment
- Experience using Sage and Opera would be beneficial but not essential
- Friendly and a natural team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes
- Flexible and able to deal with change and busy workload
