I am working with a leading asset management firm who are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to build up their digital capabilities across the business. This person will work within a small but impactful and agile digital team,where they will be viewed as the digital specialist for the business. This role is based in their London headquarters.

Client Details

The client is a global specialist asset management firm, headquartered in London with a strong European presence. They are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager who will take the business on a digtial transformation. The role will be responsible for developing and executing on a digital strategy for the business.


Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Responsibility for the implementation of the company's digital marketing strategy - including websites, extranet and email and to ensure delivery of a high quality customer experience and performance
  • To manage and report metrics and KPIs (against which the quality of the digital marketing outreach strategy will be measured)
  • To design and Implement the firm's digital marketing campaigns, plan and execute acquisition and retention strategies
  • With agency support, manage paid search activity
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of interests and capabilities
  • To work closely with senior management, providing clear, understandable logic for digital marketing decisions and choices
  • To support relationships with the company's marketing partners and agencies to ensure the efficient delivery of marketing strategy
  • To represent digital marketing across the business, working with colleagues from within the team and the investment teams , sales, product development, HR, legal and compliance and IT to develop and implement marketing activities
  • To support the development of junior staff and interns and to provide guidance on digital marketing related activities
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of company products and to build and maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and to ensure that all digital properties adhere to these principles,


Who we are looking for:

  • Detailed working knowledge of digital marketing tools - particularly Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in a broad range of digital marketing techniques, including solid knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC, content management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to influence strategy using data and insight

  • An ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment with changing priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively within the team and across the organisation, whilst also being self motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience of managing agency relationships and team members
  • An ability to influence and persuade at all levels - both internally and externally

  • Asset management or broader financial services or professional services experience preferable
