2 x Service Desk Engineers
We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 x Service Desk Engineers to join a fast growing MSP based in Bromley, Kent. You will join a dynamic and innovative team, being the first point of contact for customers and assisting with support issues, delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following key skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Exchange Online, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Networks – LAN/WAN/VPN/RAS/TCP/IP/DHCP and DNS, Hardware Troubleshooting and Router/Firewall configuration.
My client is looking for positive, enthusiastic Service Desk Engineers with a flexible and professional attitude, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
This role is shift based and candidates will be part of a 24/7 shift pattern, following 1 month of training.
