Office Based - Commutable from Ipswich, Bury St Edmonds, Newmarket
£26,000 - £31,000 + Pension + Holiday + Life Assurance + Flexible Benefits + Progression
Are you a Controls Engineer from a utilities background looking for an exciting opportunity to join a major player in the industry that will offer excellent long term career progression?
You will play a vital role in developing greater efficiency and quality across the company, and will provide excellent continuous training to improve your technical skills.
You will liaise with contractors and permanent staff to direct the installation and repair works of electricity networks across the UK.
This role would suit an Engineer with working knowledge of utilities in the safe and efficient management of network construction.
The Role:
-Help Supervise the safe installation, fault repairs and working on Company networks
-Overseeing the safe energisation of electricity networks by acting in the capacity as a control desk engineer.
-Give permission for all operations to occur on site following a review of critical checks
The Person:
-Working knowledge of the utilities industry in network construction
-Experience of installation and/or repairs of electrical networks
-NRSWA/SHEA/CSCS
