Home/Field Based (covering a territory across Yorkshire/the North East and Scotland)
£35,000 - £45,000 Plus Excellent Bonus (OTE £45,000 - £65,000), Company Car (BMW 3 Series), Pension, Health & Dental, 25 Days’ Holiday

Premium Credit is the leading insurance premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. Our services enable customers to pay annual fees in affordable monthly instalments.

Our New Markets Team focuses on Independent Schools, Golf Clubs and Accountants and are expanding their services into corporation tax. We’re now looking for a Field Sales Manager to join us, covering a territory comprising Yorkshire/the North East and Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a determined business development professional to take ownership of their successes and grow a promising territory for our thriving business.

As the Field Sales Manager, you will increase our customer base and deliver a first-class service.

You’ll need to be comfortable working to cumulative multi-million pound targets where new opportunities will need to be added on top of existing and maintained business. The realistic new business requirement will come to fruition through a structured and supported business model which is tried and tested to produce results.

Specifically, you will:

- Work with an established customer base and create further opportunities
- Promote the benefits of Premium Credit’s product range
- Receive some qualified leads and referrals so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales
- Effectively manage your diary and chase down your own leads
- Ensure that customer credit approval procedures are completed
- Work in a fast-paced environment offering high challenge and high support
- Visit our head office in Leatherhead on occasion

To join the Premium Credit team, you’ll need:

- Previous business development experience
- Proven business development skills, including obtaining referrals, diary management, customer contact, presenting and closing
- A full, valid driving licence and the willingness to travel to meetings

People have successfully joined our team from a really wide range of backgrounds. If you’re used to working against multi-million pound targets and building relationships with new and existing customers, we’d like to hear from you.

As the Field Sales Manager, you’ll be an ambitious self-starter with strong negotiation skills. As you’ll be working with a wide range of customers, an adaptable approach to relationship-building is key.

An understanding of financial products would be beneficial, but not essential.

Please note, your territory will cover Yorkshire/the North East and Scotland, including Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield, Middlesbrough, York and down to the Lincoln area.
