Interim Financial Controller
Robert Half Cambridge are currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller for a food manufacturing company in Ely. This will be a very hands on role and the successful candidate will be expected to start straight away. The role is likely to last for at least 6 months.
You'll report directly to the Managing Director and will have experience in the Manufacturing industry with a good understanding of standard costs and variances, wastage measurement etc. You'll be responsible for the full accounts production - both monthly and statutory and will work alongside the senior management team partnering with them to assist their ambitious growth plans. You will also be responsible for treasury, banking relations and cash forecasting. The business is also going through a system implementation (Navision) which you will oversee. In this role you will have 4 direct reports and will also be expected to attend board meetings to explain numbers.

To be considered for the role of Interim Financial Controller based in Ely:
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Understanding of standard costs and variances, wastage measurement.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
- System implementation experience.
- Experience of Sage 200/100
