Finance Assistant

The Opportunity

A large company in Cardiff are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team with a competitive salary of up to £20,000. They are looking for someone who has previous finance experience and experience of using SAGE 50. The Role

Matching supplier invoices and process accordingly Process all cash and credit expense claim formsSupplier statement reconciliation Performing weekly BACS paymentsGeneral office administration Work with other departments to resolve any invoice queriesEnsure all invoices and credit notes are processed correctlyRaise payments in line with supplier terms, ensuring that payments are made on-timeProvide support to finance managerSkills / Experience

·Qualified to AAT is desirable

·Previous experience on SAGE 50 is essential

·Ability to work on own initiative

·Able to work to strict guidelines

·Driving is essential due to location
