My client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following areas

- good telephone manner
- ability to work with clients and customers
- good problem solving skills
- PC and Laptop awareness
- Able to resolve technical faults
- Good IT awareness

The role will include

- 1st line technical support
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working to service level agreements
- maintaining customer logs and profiles
- project based work where required
