Orbit currently have a fantastic opportunity to join their Income services team as an Income assistant. Your role will be to provide a high quality income administration and collection service across the association. Administer processes relating to former tenancy credit balances, complete court and other related paperwork connected to the enforcement of debts.

About you
The income assistant role plays a key part in ensuring a strong customer service is delivered to Orbit customers and internal communication. You will provide effective admin support and debt collection service relating to former tenancy arrears, and other debt. To fulfil the duties to this role effectively you will possess excellent numeracy, literacy, IT and strong administration skills gained from a similar industry. Your ability to write effective business communications, including bespoke letters to customers and prioritise your own workload is also a crucial requirement of this role.
