Otis is recruiting an Assistant Service Delivery Manager to further strengthen our London Service team and to be based at our Chiswick Park Head Office. Responsibilities will be to support the safety management, service delivery, sales generation and customer satisfaction across key customers across London.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and high performing individual to develop their skills and knowledge in the service delivery role. Ideally with Lift Industry experience (or experience from another related or building services industry), you will demonstrate proven leadership qualities or possess previous supervisory/management experience, good communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus and excellent planning ability and organisational skills. Reporting in to the Service Delivery Manager, you will have the ambition and talent to develop your career within management in the business. We would expect you to be able to demonstrate your commercial awareness and business acumen.

Key tasks will include carrying out Fatality Prevention Audits (FPA), Management Audits and Safety Inspections to ensure field compliance, including safety audits on sub-contractors; develop and manage a plan to deliver on monthly targets in line with our contractual requirements; schedule regular meetings with customers to proactively communicate performance and ensure we are exceeding their expectations; ensure monthly margin, volume and efficiency targets are achieved on repair works; develop a training resourcing, and succession plan for the field team.
