Lead Application Support Analyst - Chorley - £35k

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Lead Application Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They are based in Chorley and they will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.

The Lead Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:

- Taking responsibility for the work your team produces
- Managing ITIL support processes
- Responsible for developing and managing an Application Support Analyst team
- Working as the Major Incident Manager and managing incident resolution and escalation
- Participate in project work and keeping up to date with the team`s workload and progress
- You will also be required to provide hands-on application support as and when required

The following skills and experience are required:

- Ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment whilst managing a busy team
- Problem analysis and solving
- Supporting bespoke application
- Excellent communication skill whilst developing effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
- SQL and Oracle database experience
