Service Desk Analyst

Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst with 1st and 2nd Line support experience that is looking to join a great company that can offer long term training and development opportunities and a challenging environment where you hone your technical skills?

We are a financial services company in the heart of London and are looking for a IT technician to join our growing IT Department.

You are:

  • Hungry and enthusiastic and looking to prove yourself in a challenging technical environment.
  • Experienced in supporting Windows environments and are proficient with Active Directory.
  • Have an understanding of ITIL best practices and have worked in ITIL environments.
  • Someone with strong communications skills and the ability to manage inbound / outbound telephone and email correspondence.
  • Excellent at problem solving and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Ideally someone that has worked in a customer facing role.
  • Experience on 1st or 2nd line support in Service Desk environment.
