I’m working with a very well-established company, looking to reinforce their team with a hands-on lead Magento developer. Joining one other developer, you will head up all aspects of development within the company, as well as offering guidance on systems management. You’ll be responsible for keeping various systems running smoothly as well as developing and implementing new functionality where required. One of the major projects involves the migration of 3 major global brands over to Magento2 (currently on either Magento1 or Shopify).
The company are looking for someone who is really going to drive and motivate the growing team, working on their own initiative to get things done quickly and efficiently. You would also have an influence on the future growth of the tech team. They have recently had a lot of investment into the tech department and are interested in someone who can keep them innovative and up-to-date with all of the latest tech trends revolving around Magento.
Finally, you would be expected to take ownership of all of the client facing projects, working closely with clients to deliver sites with the best possible user experience. The company adopt a very friendly and relaxed culture, encouraging new ideas and all business-related input.
